Kayla + Andy | St Francis Xavier Cathedral // Plant 4, Bowden
What a bloody blast this day was!
Much loved Kayla and Andy gathered their big families and closest friends for a massive celebration in the coolest place, Plant 4. There were explosions of colour, G & T’s on the dance floor, dogs in their Sunday best and the best stories and memories shared. Despite this incredible day being uber stylish and so much fun, no one can deny the gravity of these two wonderful people who are so cool, sweet and deeply in love.
We meandered through city streets, drank a cocktail or three and partied late into the night on one of the best d-floors I’ve witnessed.
They met and fell in love a long time ago and have created this life full of love, travel and family; this huge moment was merely the next step and the starting off point for all the new adventures that await them.

Nicole + LukE
Bundaleer FoRest // Cockburn House, Jamestown SA
We headed out to the beautiful mid north to celebrate a city girl marrying a sheep farmer…and they celebrated hard!
Nicole are Luke are super nice, so fun and madly in love. They have also become much loved in the Jamestown community and have made themselves at home in the coolest converted church that is now their home. What’s also very cool, is right next door is where they decided to hold the backyard wedding bash! The night was set up ready for an amazing cocktail dinner, endless beer and bubbles and a killer dance floor; ruled by the queen herself, Nicole of course!
Before the party really got started, everyone gathered at the beautiful Bundaleer Forest where Luke was blown away when Nicole appeared, both barely kept it together for their vows but just enough to make it to the kiss!
This part of the world had some amazing spots to explore with the best bridal party, some of these cheeky ones let loose in their speeches but we know all was said with love (we think…) It was just purely joyous and fun and nothing could wipe the smile from Nicole and Luke’s faces.
At the incredible country sun set, the dance floor lit up and could still be going as far as we are concerned!

Dani + Marcus | Lloyd brother’s, Mclaren Vale SA
Wow, a Wednesday wedding, who knew..and what a bloody day!
Dani and Marcus had planned to get married in Bali…but unfortunately the world had other ideas but I tell you, getting married amongst the olive trees in the sunshine of McLaren Vale was a pretty great back up plan!
What can I say, everything was stunning; Dani in her gown, white linen clad groomsmen, gorgeous smiles and an incredible sunset. Sooo much champagne was popped and laughs were shared amongst this super close group of friends and family.
These two were just so excited to finally make it official and they sure did celebrate well into the night.

katherine + Peter | Saint Spyridon Parish and Community // national Wine centre, SA
Oh my gosh Katherine and Peter do you mind!! WHAT a way to finish off the wedding season with simply, a blast of a time with a bunch of total legends!
There was rain, there were clouds and there was a lot of rice in the air but that’s what made this day as perfect and fun as it was. Two Greek families coming together for the biggest party ever in celebration of two people whom they all totally adore!
And how could you not; Katherine is a sassy sweetheart (if she doesn’t mind me calling her that) and Peter is the kindest, happiest guy..they just make an incredible couple and made us so happy to capture this moment in time for them. It was actually an honour and a privilege to share this small part of their story with the world…just watch and enjoy!
We can’t thank you guys enough for an awesomely fun day and an epic night. You share a beautiful love full of cute little quirks and a deep adoration…and here it is in all its glory.

Emily + Matt | Barossa Valley, SA
What a delightfully special day this was; high school sweethearts celebrating their 10 year and 1 day meet-aversary by marrying on Emily’s family’s property in the Barossa Valley. Very sweet but let’s be honest, completely epic and awesome!
Some of the oldest vines in the entire world, on land that seems to go and go forever, Archie their gorgeous Groodle fur-baby being the goodest boy, ‘Buttercup’ the elderly cow whom Emily grew up with and sweet embraces against an incredible sunset. A few more things that made this day not only divine but also a fantastic time; the best party ever, food trucks, beer, festoons against the country sky and a pumping d-floor kept up by the legendary Ash Gale and his band. Signing the marriage certificate on the dance floor because whoops…..and how could we forget…Limbo!
What a day and what a bunch of legends.

Vanessa + Jonny | Lot 100, Adelaide Hills SA
I don’t even know what to say about these guys….fun, easy going, crazy, super in love, up for anything legends!
Vanessa and Jonny threw an incredible party at Lot 100 in the Adelaide Hills, right before 2020 went down hill...but what a way to see it out! The day began with a traditional ceremony followed by a spot of bar hopping featuring a killer bridal party and more than a few laughs.
We then took to the hills for what would be an amazing night. Three hundred guests wined and dined with gin cocktails, stunning details, florals and a great atmosphere. All gathered to celebrate one of the best couples going round. Here’s what went down.

Gigi + Tony | BEaumont House // Adelaide, SA
It’s hard to put into words how genuinely amazing, lovely and pumped up on life Gigi and Tony are.
This unbelievably ICONIC, divine, romantic and classy in every sense of the word day was nine years in the making. And whilst yes, every detail was stunning and a true reflection of this impeccably stylish pair, the smiles, the child-like joy, the energy and also tears were 100% authentic from every single person.
Love was quite literally in the air. I was truly honoured to capture this moment in time for Gigi and Toto! They and their love is genuine and if you didn’t notice, they are also bloody gorgeous humans, in and out! It’s chic, its fashion, it’s a vibe, it’s iconic.

georgie + james | KATNOOK WINES, COONAWARRA, SA
Georgie & James. We drove out to the endless vineyards of Coonawarra, South Australia to capture the incredible wedding of Georgie and James. These guys planned a super fun, loved-one filled, mega classy (and windy) celebration at the awesome Katnook winery who gave us the place to party late into the night. Not only did they fill a marquee of dreams with stunning florals, details and people who adore them, the biggest personal touch was that this was where James grew up…well on a farm up the road and around the corner but nonetheless.
After a rather long engagement and a whole life of adventures that these two have share, everyone made the long journey for the momentous occasion, and it was pure joy all round! We learned that Georgie and James are so loved, sweet, adventurous and so kind but above all made for each other and crazy in love! They can also fill a dance floor to the brim for a whole night….I am blessed with the best dance floors.

Laura + Joey | Barrister’s block Wines
Two of the most fun and most loved humans…I think on the planet! Laura and Joey ooze class, kindness and love, what a combo!
They brought a huge bunch of loved ones together, from Sydney and Adelaide and gathered them all in the gorgeous Adelaide Hills for the event of their lives! It was such a special and outrageously epic occasion full of Aperol Spritz, dancing, grazing, laughter, smiles and above all, big Italian families; the most important thing of all for Laura and Joey.
How fun is this!!

Hannah + Sam | Kings beach retreat, south Australia
Hannah’s joy was infectious, I actually get emotional just thinking about it. She was a little ball of energy and ecstatic-ness and Sam was right there with her. What an adorable, incredibly fun and deep love these two share.
To take the next step in their journey together, these guys planned an awesome party at an unreal location; a sparkling blue piece of the South Australian coast that in the warm breeze, looks and feels like Santorini. Loved ones swilling wine and laughing while munching on cheesy pizza before partying till long after the stars came out. This is how Hannah and Sam wanted their dream wedding, and by golly they pulled it off.

Hi I’m Jessie, lover of puns, real pizza, wine, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and a long black in the morning.
I also head up The Film Room; making colourful, dreamy and fun wedding films for amazing people.
My husband Luke and I were married a couple of years back at the Adelaide Hills, built our home as close to a wine region as was reasonable and now we continue to journey in our passions; videography for myself and photography for him.
We seriously love SA, more and more every day and we believe some of the most epic wedding locations are in our little pocket of the world. How lucky are we to have these hills, coastline and everything in between. We absolutely love that we get to make films for people who get married here.
